Financial instruments for revitalization projects on local level

Abstract
The article presents the sources and revitalization financing instruments in Poland and an analysis of the level of use of public financing instruments in the process of revitalization in the Mazovia voivodship. The analysis took into account the level of EU involvement in the financing of the revitalization projects and provides the instruments and examples of the involvement of private operators in the area revitalized in the plan and projects.
