Abstract
Case studies of many creators of advertising projects and market experience of the author allowed to make some hypotheses about the existence of barriers in cooperation between contracting advertising services and their actual contractors. There are also many original market legends on the conflicts between these players. The article presents both: the theoretical approach to communication processes occurring between market participants and the results of own research on the subject.
