Adaptacja biznes-biznes – perspektywa klienta

Abstrakt

Adaptacja jest istotnym procesem relacji biznesowych. To właśnie poprzez adaptację rozwijają się relacje. Badania przedstawione w tym artykule pokazują, że nawet w specyficznych warunkach branży budowlanej adaptacje zachodzą nie tylko po stronie podaży, ale także po stronie klientów. Zakres adaptacji jest różny w wyróżnionych klastrach przedsiębiorstw. Adaptacje są niskie w firmach, które zatrudniają najwięcej pracowników, co pozwala im wykorzystać swoją pozycję rynkową. Z drugiej strony jedna trzecia mniejszych przedsiębiorstw dostosowuje się do swoich kluczowych dostawców, głównie w wymiarze finansowym i logistycznym. [tłum. LW]
