Abstract
One the basis of statistical data of Main Statistical Office the analysis of migration phenomena on Lower Silesian rural areas Since 1994 till 2006 has been presented. In this period the attractiveness of migration areas has been enlarged especially around Wrocław City surrounding areas and Legnicko Głogowskie Cooper Valley. As an effect th population net migration for permanent residence has been change from negative to positive. At the end of period under consideration the negative balance has been indicated only in communes located far away from bigger cities and surrounding outside borders of province
