Abstract
In the article the most popular instruments of marketing communication applied in cooperative banks in terms of marketing activity were presented. Attention was paid on the frequency of making use of individual forms of marketing communication. The most popular and applied from of marketing communication in cooperative banks are instruments of direct sell. Cooperative banks pay special attention of improving their bank clerks qualifications through the system of training adjusted to their profession. To the least popular instruments of marketing communications one can accept advertising via television and internet.
