Abstract
The aim of this paper was to present the regulations of the CAP for fruits and vegetables market, also to show the use of them by Polish fruits and vegetable producers and to present the producer’s opinions about this problem. There was conducted the survey research at the WGRO in Poznan to get the opinions from 40 producers. The results show that the use of UE aid increased in the course of time. The most of interviewed produces pointed, as a problems for them, the necessity of bigger support from UE, the need of higher prices for fruits and vegetables in processing industry and the requirement of increasing demand for the fruits and vegetables. They proposed to increase founding from UE, the demand for fruits and vegetables and the compensations in scarcity years.
