After the paper is approved by the thematic editor and tested for similarities through an anti-plagiarism program the manuscripts will be forwarded for review.
Each manuscript will be evaluated by two independent reviewers.
For papers that are written in English at least one of the reviewers is affiliated with a foreign institution.
Authors and Reviewers are anonymous (double-blind review process).
The review is in written form and shall end with a request for publication or rejection of the article. (review form)
If the submission receives one negative review, a third reviewer shall be appointed to decide whether the article is to be accepted for publication.
The names of the reviewers for each individual submission are not disclosed. A list of all the journal's reviewers is published in the last issue of each year, and online at the end of the year.
