Agricultural Property Agency today financial planning and challenges for the future

Abstract
Since the beginning of the colonization period agriculture played an important role in people’s lives. State finances units directly linked to the agricultural policy pursued by the state budget and sources of supply other public sector entities from this area. Redistribution in fact takes place largely through a specially created for public sector entities such as: the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, the Agricultural Market Agency, the Agricultural Property Agency. Consequently, agricultural and fisheries policy is also one of the defined 22 functions of the state, separated in the methodology of performance budgeting and long-term planning. This paper is devoted to discussing issues related to the Agricultural Property Agency in the context of the advantages that could be benefits for the financial economy through the introduction, preparation and implementation of its financial plan in performance budget system, and past experiences in this field.
