EURO 2012 Organizational Challenge for Poland
Main Article Content
Abstract
The preparations for the conduct of the European Championships in Poland in football in 2012 is the strategic project for several years. This process consists of two fundamental issues: preparation of the infrastructure to carry out the tournament and conditioning the development of an appropriate organization which allows for up to the efficient conduct of such a large and long mass event. It should be emphasized that all elements of preparation for the tournament possibly require modern and efficient management methods. Efficient implementation of tasks in terms of their organization, in this case is not one-off in an emergency situation or emergency. Cultural change (if made?) may mean that Polish institutions function effectively in the modern managerial environment.
