The Common Agricultural Policy and her effects after initiating reforms from the year 2003

Abstract
Common Agricultural Policy is one of key-politics realized in EU. It is a politics on which sacrifices himself above 40% the EU budget and the politics which during her existence brought many positive and negative results. Following reforms were supposed to eliminate negative effects and to realize adopted priorities. As that one decided to evaluate these effects on the basis two economic categories, for purposes of the work was the show of changes in volumes of output of agricultural and the income in member countries in EU. In the article was presented the evaluation of the reform from the year 2003 and her influence on effects obtained from the agricultural activity. The data analysis of agricultural production and factor incomes permitted positively to evaluate the reform. Factor income in countries EU 15 generally did not decrease, and the value of production systematically grew up achieving in 2011 the level 314 billion euro. The reduction of the subsidy to the product which lowered earnings from operating activities was made up with direct payments. Countries which few lost was: Denmark, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Holland. New all member countries were benefited from the implementation WPR. Negotiation solutions and this from the year 2003, were better from earlier applied, from here the marked improvement in the volume of output and the factor income. The direction of changes in the farm output and earnings of obtained in years 2000-2011 was from her proper, what permits the general positive evaluation of rules CAP of introduced in 2003.
