Abstract
Ice-cream are seasonal product in Poland. Demand on ice-cream grows spring and summer. In this situation, in next seasons, producers try to attract consumers more and curious product offer. This paper describes origin and history brands: Zielona Budka, Grycan – lody od pokoleń, Koral and Ice-Mastry (very known) and ice-cream parlour Bajka and Lwowianka (more regional character).
